This passes covers up to 6 people at a Rental Property. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with a beach pass to give to guests at your rental property.

To help keep our private beach safe, clean, and enjoyable for all, we require a Rental Property Membership for short term rentals and guest properties. This fee allows your guests full access to the beach during their stay and helps cover the additional maintenance and oversight that comes with higher visitor turnover.

We offer three different rental memberships based on capacity: 4-person Capacity, 8-person Capacity, and 12-person person capacity.

Our Rental Property Membership ensures fairness, keeps things simple for hosts, and supports the continued care of our shared beach space.
